The Shire is currently assessing an application for approval of a proposed Family Day Care (Use Not Listed in the Scheme) at No. 15 (Lot 816) Blackburn Street, Denmark.
Plans for each proposal can be viewed at Your Denmark or at the Shire's offices.

As part of the assessment process this development application is to be advertised in accordance with TPS No. 3 and Schedule 2, Part 8, Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. Please note that any comments received may be referred to the applicant to provide them with an opportunity to address the issues raised in the first instance (NB: names and contact details are removed at this point in time). Should the proposal be referred to Council for determination, all comments will be made publicly available at that time, which may include submitter details.
