The Shire is currently assessing an application for approval of a proposed Private Recreation land use at No. 221 (Lot 1010) Peaceful Bay Road, Bow Bridge.
The proposal includes the development of a Mini Golf complex, including an 18 hole Mini Golf course, a kiosk, toilets, barbeque facilities and playground.

As part of the assessment process this development application is to be advertised in accordance with TPS No. 3 and Schedule 2, Part 8, Clause 64 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015. Please note that any comments received may be referred to the applicant to provide them with an opportunity to address the issues raised in the first instance (NB: names and contact details are removed at this point in time). Should the proposal be referred to Council for determination, all comments will be made publicly available at that time, which may include submitter details.
