Council intends to lease a portion of Lot 300, corner of South Coast Highway and Denmark-Mount Barker Road, Denmark to Freight Lines Group.
The lease term is five years for an annual rent of $26,000, being the market value determined in April 2024 by an independent valuer.
Submissions on the above proposal are invited, in writing and addressed to the undersigned, and should be received by 4pm on Wednesday, 10 July 2024.
