At its meeting held on 15 November 2022, Council resolved to dispose of No. 23 (Lot 1) Riverbend Lane, Denmark by private treaty to Cultura Incorporated, for the purposes of developing the Golden Hill Steiner School.
The selling price will be $900,000 which is equivalent to the market valuation obtained by the Shire in September 2022.
The Council now seek public comment on the intended disposition.
Submission must be received by 4.00pm, 9 December 2022 and can be:
- Posted to PO Box 183, Denmark WA 6333
- Delivered to the Shire Office at 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark; or
- Emailed to enquiries@denmark.wa.gov.au.
