It is hereby notified for public information that the Shire has received an application for Development Approval for the purposes described hereunder:
Proposed Development: CHANGE OF USE ‘GALLERY/SHOP’ TO ‘SMALL BAR’
Address: ‘The Old Butter Factory’ - No.10-12 (Lot 231) Mount Shadforth Road, Denmark
Shire Reference: 2025/2; A1209
In accordance with the Shire of Denmark Town Planning Scheme No. 3 (TPS No. 3), the Small Bar constitutes a ‘Use Not Listed’. As part of the assessment process this development application is required to be advertised for public comment.
Plans of the proposed development are available for viewing at the Shire Offices, 953 South Coast Highway, Denmark, during business hours (9am – 4pm weekdays) or can be downloaded from the Shire’s website – www.denmark.wa.gov.au
Comments on the proposal should be lodged with Planning Services, in writing on or before close of business on 21 February 2025. Emailing your comments to enquiries@denmark.wa.gov.au will avoid any delays with experienced with post.
