Council proposes to partially close and modify the traffic flow direction of Mitchell Street, in the Denmark townsite, to restrict the traffic flow direction to one-way, moving from west to east, from Price Street to Strickland Street.
The purpose is to reduce congestion along Mitchell Street and allow for 12 parking bays to be located on the closed portion of road.
Submissions about the modification may be made to the CEO and can be emailed to info@denmark.wa.gov.au, posted to PO Box 183, Denmark or delivered to the Shire’s Administration Office.
Submissions close 4.00pm, Monday 28th April 2025.
